On August 29, the 2025 “Golden Autumn Scholarship · Fragrance of Osmanthus” donation ceremony was held at Zhangzhou Hotel. The event was jointly organized by the Zhangzhou Integrity Promotion Association, Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College, the Party History and Local Records Research Office of the CPC Zhangzhou Municipal Committee, the Zhangzhou Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, as well as the Xiangcheng District Education Bureau, Women’s Federation, Science and Technology Association, and Youth League Committee. This marked the 9th consecutive year of this public welfare initiative.
